Yes, the momentum increases, but so does the grip.

Static, rolling, and sliding friction are all directly proportional to the normal force, which is equal and opposite to weight.

So, in theory you can increase grip by adding weight. Of course this advantage is negated in racing by the adverse effects of weight, including momentum (Although, does this really matter on tracks which require no braking or hard cornering?). In terms of blowovers, added weight would require a greater lift force in order to make the car airborne.

I just wanted to give a cheeky answer to what was suppose to be a difficult question.

More mechanical grip at 200 mph? Use weight.

I like when they try to make big lunging PIT maneuvers. You can just quickly countersteer to stay straight while their momentum sends them flying into the wall.

They do show some odd events during the off hour time slots, but they pick one event and stick with it for the whole Olympics. Best example I can think of was curling in Vancouver or Badminton in Beijing. Curling was on shown live for 2-3 hours a day in the afternoon for the entirety of the games, Badminton had the same thing on tape delay.

The bounties are too easy to handle, honestly. I just go about my robbery business, but keep checking the map to see if anyone is heading my way. If I suspect someone is, I find a nice quiet corner with a good amount of cover. Then just sit there, wait for them to come around the corner and blast them (a lot of idiots will drive right up in cars, making easy kills). Wash rinse and repeat for 48 minutes.

Now I'm going to buy a heli instead of a plane.

I know for sure that this is definitely true. I was helping my dad install an unbelievably small muffler to his Lotus Europa over the summer and he said that once a car is 25 years old, 90% of the regulations go out the window. I think there's only one (very loose) emissions test that counts anymore.

I've decided cars are no longer worth buying, everyone has them. Same with apartments. Saving up for a plane or helicopter now.

Deko, races are easy as long as the host isn't an idiot and puts that stupid catch up on. I've had tons of races where I'm leading but then on the final straight someone blows by me because of the stupid catch up physics.
